About me

I started my journey in 1988 when I trained in my first therapy in Holistic Massage. I then trained as a Yoga Teacher and followed that with a 2 year course in Nutrition and Healing. I went on to study Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, On-site Massage, Stone Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Fitness Instructor and Personal Training, Pilates Instructor, Manual Lymph Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Orthopaedic Massage and Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques

Founded in 1990, by a small cohort across the Emerald Isle, the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA) was created to form a self regulating professional body for massage and bodywork professionals in Ireland.
