About me
I am a sports massage therapist who deals primarily with stress related aches in the body. I also offer Bio energy healing as I find that stress is not only physical and so can not be relieved solely through the physical body.

Founded in 1990, by a small cohort across the Emerald Isle, the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA) was created to form a self regulating professional body for massage and bodywork professionals in Ireland.
