About me

I work as an acupuncturist & massage therapist which includes sports massage (deep tissue & injuries), prenatal, tuina/acupressure, Indian head, aromatherapy, Swedish massage and on-site chair massage. I also do reflexology and reiki.
Every client is looked after in the holistic sense and each treatment is tailored to the presentation. Homecare includes specific stretches, nutritional and stress management advice according to the individual.

Founded in 1990, by a small cohort across the Emerald Isle, the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA) was created to form a self regulating professional body for massage and bodywork professionals in Ireland.
