About me

Hello! I'm Michelle - I'm a Holistic therapist and Tai Chi Instructor based in Cork City and my mission is to make health, harmony and happiness a way of life! I offer Craniosacral Therapy and various massage therapies - including Indian Head massage, pre-natal/pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage and oncology massage.
I also teach Tai Chi and Meditation and run classes and residential retreats - both in Ireland and overseas.
