About me

I am a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker from the United States with over twenty years of hands-on healing experience, practicing as a licensed bodyworker in Ireland since 2021. I work at the intersection of structural bodywork, somatic therapy, and nervous system support bringing together an advanced range of modalities to offer deeply personalised, integrative care.

My work is particularly effective for clients navigating chronic pain, restricted mobility, post-operative recovery, trauma held in the body's tissues, and conditions that haven't fully responded to conventional treatment. I specialise in jaw, face, neck, and pelvic work; TMJ dysfunction and bruxism; migraines and tension headaches; digestive disorders, endometriosis, and PCOS; and scar tissue from surgery, birth, or injury.

I am Ireland's only Certified STREAM Scar Tissue Remediation Practitioner (STREAM Health Coach, Bodyworker & Pelvic Care Specialist). STREAM stands for Scar Tissue Remediation Education and Managment, a highly specialised approach to restoring mobility, reducing pain, and softening adhesions from surgical and birth-related scarring.

Additionally, I am a Certified Somatic Sexologist, Sexological Bodyworker and Sexological Intimacy Coach (Institute of Relational Harmony Studies), and am currently completing advanced training in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy through The Embody Lab.

My ethos is rooted in compassion, body autonomy, and affirming care for all bodies. Including those of diverse genders and backgrounds. I believe effective bodywork must address the physical, emotional, and relational dimensions of wellbeing, and I am committed to making integrative, trauma-informed care accessible to everyone.

Invoicing can be provided for Irish Life Health Insurance and VHI insurance policy holders upon request. Clients are advised to check their individual policy for eligible treatments.
