About me

I am a Craniosacral massage therapist in North Cork area with a deep interest in somato emotional release. My body work includes all aspects of massage from Sports Massage & Holistic Massage. I have worked in particular treating other therapists and spent time doing sports massage for local GAA clubs.

Founded in 1990, by a small cohort across the Emerald Isle, the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA) was created to form a self regulating professional body for massage and bodywork professionals in Ireland.
